Hey all, I have both an Allison 6 speed tranny, and an Allison Automatic... both have the SAE bellhousing bolt pattern...you pick, the auto will come with torque converter and starter and flexplate, the manual will come with clutch and flywheel and starter too...Both have E-Brake on tail, here's your chance for a bitchin tranny for your tow rig!

Any chance you know the gear ratio's on the 6 spd? I know a guy that might want it to go behind a cummins... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

not sure, but if you could tell me how to find out, I will... It has the tag on it still, so if I could look up the numbers somewhere?

SAE bell's are standardized bellhousings for the medium and heavy duty truck engines. There are 4 or 5 standardized sizes of SAE bell's.

All I can find is that the 6 speed is a M06056 and the auto is an AT545RM. Both have PTO covers on them too.
