All our NP203/NP205 transfer cases are fully inspected and rebuilt with worn parts (bearings, seals, bushings, etc) replaced. The base prices do not include factory adaptors, drive sleeves, yokes, or upgraded parts.

GM NP205 - $449.00 USD
The GM NP205’s are a fixed yoke style, with your choice of input gear (SM465 10 spline, TH350 27 spline or TH400 32 spline style). Includes a 30 spline front output.
* Upgrade to a HD 32 spline front output for $79.00 USD.
* We can modify the shift rails on your 205 for a Twin Stick application for $59.00 USD.

Ford NP205 - $449.00 USD
The Ford NP205's are a fixed yoke style. This configuration comes complete with a 31 spline input gear, a 32 spline rear output, and a 32 spline front output.
* We can modify the shift rails on your 205 for a Twin Stick application for $59.00 USD.

NP203 Gear Box (Reduction box only):

GM/Dodge: $279.00 USD
Ford: $329.00 USD

NP203’s come with your choice of input gear. If also purchasing a dual transfer case adaptor, prices listed include installation of the kit into the NP203 range box. (This does not include the dual T-case adaptor itself.)

$50.00 Off your order when purchasing a NP203 or NP205 and an 203/205 adaptor in the same order.

Shipping of complete transfer cases are subject to a $20.00 USD crating charge on top of standard freight charges. Shipping a NP205 to the continental US is usually around $100. We need a specific zip to properly quote.

when you say reduction box only... what does that mean? I am fairly new at this and trying to lean as i go.

The reducation box postion of the NP203 is the front half of the case (where it splits), it only contains the helical gears and is what is required for a NP203/NP205 dual transfer case combo.

Here is a photo, the smaller half on the right is the reduction box, the half on the left is commonly reffered to as the 'chaincase'

i appreciate the help, im glad i found out, i was about to buy just a reducion box online for like 300... that would have been a little annoying whne i got home. well also i was wondering how much it would cost to replace the shifter fork on a NP203, i need to order one, i got one coming tha has a bad shifter fork... can yout ell me where i can get one... as soon as the transfer comes in im going to need to order it. well take care and thanks for the help.

ohhh this is tempting. I have a leaky 208 that I need to take a look at. If its anything seriouse I might be giving you a call for that purdy 205 :cool1:

looking for a 205 with a 32spline input and a 6 bolt mounting face (85-91) or can you drill a racetrack pattern 205 to 6 bolt round?
