I'm pretty sure I can ship it on a pallet with a little work. I'd need to weld up a couple supports to bolt to the cab mounts so I might need a little more money for the work and materials. Can probably be done though.

I would not mind paying for the time & labor involved. If you could give me a total with shipping, that would be great.

I checked with Forward Air and it will about $350 for shipping from DFW to Newark ( you are in NJ right?). I'd probably need about $75 for materials and time. So the total would be $725 delivered to the Newark terminal.
