CK5 - The Full-Size GM Off Road Community

Sold my k10 today. I need to find a 4by to take it's place that will be a dd and be half way decent on gas my work trip is 25 round trip. I was thinking a 80's half ton with and 700r4 or some other newer one with a 5speed. I would like to stay under the 5000 range. A couple inch lift already would be a plus. Any ideas or prospects?

I know a guy thats selling his 88K5. Stock lift and 31s, 350/700/208. Grey and red IIRC with grey interior. Told me he wanted $3800, which was about $3799 more than I could afford. Want me to get some pics and milage info?

I've got a muli-body-color 87 K5 switched to carbed. Stock height with 33s. Needs paint, a/c charged, interior cleaned and motor mounts. Center bolt valve cover 350,TH350/NP205 slip yokes. $2500

Where is it at? I looked and you are in south carolina. I am not sure that i would have the time to ride that far to look at one right now. If it were just north of atl I could make the ride but don't think that i could make the few hours to sc. If close would be interested in the info and pics.
