The Burb if fine, just not part of the sheet metal gang any more:D
He needs a drivers door, front fender, rear side glass and a rear quarter.

We got it back on its tires, it smoked a little, then ran fine the rest of the day.

Other carnage includes:
th350 cracked in half
toasted winch
one drive shaft
one 12 bolt axle shaft
And some minor body damage...

I think I got it all.

All in all it was a blast. I wish everybody was able to come:D

That pic was taken directly as the roll occured. You can see john and my brother (who were trying to hold it down) just reeling back from it... That one side didnt look as bad as I thought it would.

I whatched the video a little while ago. Elliot and I saw the truck start teetering to the drivers side, so we both ran to grap it to "try" and hold it down until we could figure something out. For a moment it looked like we had it under control. It looks like our weight may have helped it spring on over. :doah: At the angle it was crossed up on I don't think anything would have helped because even after flipping it back over, it still wanted to roll drivers side.

Add a broken torsion bar crossmember to that list. My truck's at the Chevy dealer in Siler City right now. I think I cracked it with that full throttle assault on Daniel, and finally broke it pulling into camp Sat. night (sorry we missed the cookout, we ended up wheelin a few more trails until about 9:30).

It didn't seem like that hard of a fix, but we didn't have the tools, parts, or the inclination to fix the thing in the double parking lot at RML, especially in cold rain. My buddy towed his Ram Charger up with his CTD, so we put my truck on the trailer, and I drove the RC to Siler City, but the RC's water pump went just outside of Siler City, so we pulled over. Justin (my buddy) took my truck on into town to try and find a safe parking lot to leave my truck at while we got the RC home, while I stayed with the RC to put the skinny tires back on it so it would fit on the trailer.

Well, he came back with an empty trailer, but he had an "oh ****" look on his face when he pulled into the parking lot.

So now my truck has twice the body damage, because when he tried to get it off the trailer, the hitch got stuck in the ground (weird, it's almost like that happened once before *cough*) and he couldn't back it any further, so he had to pull the trailer out from under it. When he did that, the trailer caught the driver's side doors and left a huge gouge from wheelwell to wheelwell down the driver's side of my truck.

Yay carnage!

Great trip. Great group of guys and putting faces with names (and screen names) was nice. It was a long drive back with the "custom side screen" flapping the whole way. Seems like duct tape was not made to stick to dirty paint at 70MPH.

Aside from the noise, we made it back without problem. I'll start getting it back together ASAP nd just add a door and glass to the list of stuff to do.

For those that were not there, there was a lot of laughing and very little complaining even after all of the breakdowns/failures/very, very bad lines. Everyone just laughed it off and helped one another out. Truly a fun group to wheel with.

Looks like you guys had a great time! Man I wish I could have mabe it out there. Even if I had gotten the Blazer in time I was here at the beach looking at Pavement pounders! Where was one high light, the guys from New Jersey with the flame thrower cars did a demo. There is just something cool about flames shot out the back of a car 70 ft in the air. Sucks I did not have my camera! Glad to hear everybody got out OK. I hope to see you guys in the spring.
