I just got a SF with 3.73's and 6 lug. Too bad I'm in Colorado, I don't need it anymore and no one seems to want it.

Would you mind looking for a 14bff pinion yoke for me while you are at it? Let me know how much. Would greatly appreciate it.

Why not? Would this not be a good substitute for a 12 bolt? Or is it not that much stronger?

Its stronger, larger shafts, larger ring and pinion but still uses the c-clip axle shafts vs. the full floaters.

Why not just toss a 14ff in there and run adaptors?

I have a 14bff with 4.10's in my gmc I've thought about stealing, but its still 8 lug.
Where can I get a 8 to 6 lug spacer/adapter?
Oh yea, I shaved it already;)

you could prolly 8 lug your front for close to what adapters would cost...

I have a 8 lug front 10 bolt from the same truck...but I would need tires and wheels, which I already have 6 lug stuff....

Adaptors prob around $150 to $200 but you can always sell them after you convert the front.

Now I'm thinking about just swapping my 3/4's for my 1/2's...
I have a nice set of 16x8 8 lugs I could use for dd, then I could sell the 6 lug 16x10's I used durring the thump and buy a set of 16x8-10's for my tsl's....
Damn, this is tempting:doah:
