NP 208 laying around or going to have one laying around in a month or so? Don't need it exactly yet but will before too long. Need it to be splined for a TH350. I got to looking at Thumper today and noticed a few bolts loose on the T case and well one fo the hole was stripped so I found out why one was loose.

I can tolerate the leak for a little while but not for to long though. \\BT

TIA

I have one in the corner of the shop. Was in my blue K10. I may let it go. But it was behind a 700R4.

Should be the samething. Both are 27spline.

Both are 27 spline , but the 700 has a longer tailshaft. I think you just need to swap the adapter as well for a 700/208 adaptor instead of the 350/208.

I thought that the TH350 with NP208 you had to change the shaft in the TH350 and use a spacer. The adaptor was the same. I try to remember and look tomorrow.

I have heard some cut a little off the 700 shaft and use the regular 350/208 adapter cause its thinner than the 700/208. Or use a 350 with the spacer and 700/208 adapter. Something to do with the adapters, and the 700 shaft sticking out farther. Both ways can be made to work its just a matter of mixin the right stuff. Go investigate and holler back! you got me wondering now:D :doah:

I'll have one available as soon as I swap my 241 in - should be within the next couple of weeks. (I'm in Sanford, by the way, and the t - case is behind a 700)
