How the trail rig build going ?

It hasn't been. Working 6 days a week and Sunday is race day. As soon as I get a free Saturday, I'm gonna swap the trans and make sure it's running ok. Not sure where to go from there. I guess maybe a lift and tires. Any advice?

Steering box brace, 4in front springs and shackle flip in back where first mods I did to mine.
