Bought a heater core for my Stepside today, started to install it and the whole friggin' bottom is missing/rusted off the box the heater blower is in.

Anyone have one for a NON-A/C 1973-74 K-5 or P/U?

I've got some non a/c parts from a pre-'80 truck, if you think it'll work I'll shoot you some pics tonight and see if any of it will work for you. :thumb:

What ya think?

Mine measured about 9 inches between bolt holes on the square end. About 14 inches overall.

Might ride down Friday then, if that's convenient. Would ETA around 12:00 be OK?

Use zip code 29101. If your coming from Charlotte down 601 into 151 after you go through angelus and you're about 5 miles north of McBee look for the Alligator painted on the water tower on the right. Take the next paved road on the right past the tower (about 1 mile) Sowelltown Rd. First house on the left, you'll know which one.

If you get there around noon, maybe we could go grab a bite to eat. I took the day off so I'll try an hold out until later before cracking a cold one.

There isn't a Sowelltown Rd. on Streets and Trips or Goggle maps. Is it past 903? PM me the Longitude/Latitude if ya can for my GPS.
Google Earth will give ya the LONG/LAT if ya hover the cursor over the place.

Sure I'll have lunch there............pinto beans and cornbread at the nearest greasy spoon?
Steve will be pissed.................:wink1:
Another Great and Eat without him! ;)
