Been trying to find a parts truck with manual door/window with no luck, what do I need and need to do in order to convert mine?

When my buddy did his, I seem to recall we just took out the electrical stuff and drilled out a new hole for the crank and that worked fine. I dunno how nice your rig is now but it didn't bother him much...
