My neighbors house is for sale. If you want an affordable house, in a good school district, that has automotive hobbyist friendly neighborhood, with lots of kids, then this is it. He has it listed for 132k, its a 3/2 with a large fenced in yard, no garage, but it has a carport that could be converted, plus there is room to build a garage in the back yard.

This is a great neighborhood, and although I am considering moving, it is only because my wife and I have both changed jobs and our commute now is too long. We should have moved 5 years ago, but didn't because we like the neighborhood that much. I've been in my house for almost 10 years so I can answer any questions about the area.
Of course, if you are a DIYer you could buy my house before I get it ready to sell. That would save some money, get you a bigger house, bigger yard, and a garage.:whistle:
