I saw your truck at the Steak n Shake near the Target in Mobile yesterday.
The family and I pulled through the drive through, but I did not see you.

The wife wanted to trade you her 2002 Avalanche for your Blazer. Now that she saw yours, I may be able to buy a full convertible and restore it for her to drive:D

Good for you. That was my daughter's idea. The two girls cleaned the inside, washed and waxed the exterior Saturday morning so I'd take it up there.
Still a ways to go though. Plan to get the front driveshaft in this week and then finish the last two guages (fuel and ammeter)
Thought I'd add 2 volt meters (one on each battery) to monitor the charge of each since the isolater is now working.
Sure is fun in pretty weather.
My wife took pics of many of the cars Saturday and one 6X6 restored millitary truck. Most of the guys here would find it interesting.

Dang! I hate I missed the car show, my girls love them. I'll pay more attention next month to make sure I'm there.

K5's looking good Fred. :thumb:

Go to Tonyia's web-site and check out the pics from the Steak and Shake.
Some pretty cool rides. There was one Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 (late 60's I think)
It has Carrol Shelby's autograph and the number in the dash.

I checked out the photos. Really good pics. I was a little dumbfounded by the '55 "Intimidator" and the guy that built a General Lee and then put a hole in the dash for a CD player. Bonus that it was signed by John "Bo" Schnider though.

Winch installed, battery isolator installed, auxillary lights installed, front driveshaft in so the 4WD works now.

Dash, and make sure all guages working are next.

Someone might know, speedometer works, odometer does not. Do I need to replace speedometer or is there something to check for?
