Ouch, I just saw on the news they canceled today due to weather. I hope you folks weren't trapped in the crowd for nothing. The news reports said it was postponed until tomorrow.

Show went on today. Yesterday 10 people to Gulf Breeze hospital. 4 for lightning (not direct or life threatening) others 6 for various stuff.
Glad I stayed home and worked.

The show's kinda boring.... If you've seen it once, you've seen 'em all.

The same might be said of Mardi Gras, the Shrimp Festival, etc.. That the beauty of this country, if you don't like it you don't have to go. :surepal:

Growing up we spent alot time at Gulf Shores on Fort Morgan Highway at grand parents houses (both sets of grand-parents living next door to each other). We used to watch the Blue Angels practice. They had everything but the colored smoke. It was great. The airshow is fun, but sitting on your own warf eating watermellon and watching them fly.........well it was super for us kids.
Glad we did not go Saturday!!!

Traffic was nasty on Sunday and the only thing worse was the weather. I was coming into P'cola on the bridge and all heck broke loose, lighting everywhere and the rain slowed us to a 3 mph crawl.
I havent seen a beach show in 18 years due to the fact that I cant tolerate the throngs of morons. If you want to watch the Blues try the homecoming show later in the year at the Base. Cooler weather, less people, food vendors...and the jet truck!!!
