88 blazer, 350 tbi/700r4/208. runs good, i drove it from virginia beach to fort worth. it has a 4 inch rancho lift on it and 3 inch body lift. it will have either some 33's or 36's on it when it goes. neither are the best in the world. sounds good with dual flowmasters. it needs a grille, headlight bezels, grille trim and a front bumper. it also has a 3.07 geared 12 bolt rear and a 3.42 geared 10 bolt front. i am asking 2500.00

1984 m1009. 6.2/400/208 with 3.08 10 bolts. good, strong running 6.2. it needs wheel bearings on the right front, windshield and left door mirror. has 31 inch mtr's with good tread, maybe 50%. actually a good, decent military blazer, i just have more than i need. asking 2000.00

1986 blazer with a 6 inch chassis lift and 3 inch body lift. does run but will need a rear axle. it currently does not have one. it also needs other parts and tlc. 1250.00

1988 cherokee. it has new 30 inch tires and a new 3 inch rough country lift. i was saving it for my daughter but life goes on. 4.0, auto, 231, 30/35 with 3.55's in the axles, laredo package (full power). 2000.00

1988 cherokee 2 door model. 4.0, auto, 231. i bought this to use for parts for my other cherokees. it is rough shape with the driver's door off but laying in the back. headlights and bezels, turn signals and all is missing off of the front. and i DO NOT have the title. 400.00

1983 toyota fj-60. 350 chevy engine. rv cam, edelbrock intake, Q-jet carb with an Advance Adapters Ranger III overdrive box to mate to the toyota 4 speed and toyota t-case, so there are 3 shift levers in the cab, stock axles geared 4.10; front is welded rear is open with 36 inch super swamper tsl radials on 15 inch spokes, spring over axle lift with OME (Old Man Emu) shocks; Power steering and power brakes has a/c (non-op) and also has a york compressor for on board air. the rear bumper is a holding tank with a spare tire carrier and gas can holder and high lift mount (no high lift jack). Warn winch bumper on front, no winch though; sun tach in dash, k&n filters on vent lines, air chucks under hood and on back bumper. asking 3750.00

this one was a deer lease truck and it is pretty rusty. i bought it mainly for the drivetrain. if it doesn't sell, i plan on stripping it and parting it.

This is why you got to love an old Chevy. Women come and go, but a good ol'Chevy will stay with ya forever :D. Sorry about the divorce but you got your trucks still, good for you. Hope there was no kids involved :(. Good luck with selling everything.

in reality, how much do you guesstimate it would cost to get the 79 K5 shipped to pittsburgh, pennsylvania? the more i look at it, the more i want it and the more i keep thinking about trying to find a way to get it up here

thank you kenny. the only thing thats got me wondering is how much they will charge and if it will fit with the 12" lift and the 39's

AJMBLAZER
10-12-2008, 02:31 PM
The 39's could always be jammed inside and/or shipped on a pallet via freight. The truck can then be put on rollers to make it a lot smaller.

thats true as well. although i don't have roller wheels and tires. do you think all 4 tires would fit inside the blazer with the back seat down?

AJMBLAZER

No clue.

Jeff could probably come up with some though. Never hurts to ask. He has a more than a few vehicles and parts for said vehicles.

ok, you have seen the pics and saw how rusty this thing is? although the body is rusty, the floors are pretty solid. did you see the steel framework under the front end, i surmise it used to have a plow on it. the mickey's need tubes in them as they leak out over time through the sidewalls. the blazer is from ohio and the tires are from new jersey. it WAS running and driving when i parked it and someone stole the carb and driveshaft off of it.
i am 1500 miles one way from you.

well if your really trying to talk me out of it that bad... im not worried about the body work cause i have extra panels laying around that need to be put to use and its going to be a trail truck so i don't really want something pretty, just something thats presentable. how long ago was it parked and did they steal the front drive shaft? i did not know about the tires going flat over time. are they dry rotted?

i just want you to know all the potential problems with it. i would hate for it to show up and you get upset because it is not what you envisioned your mind. it was parked in 2002; it was running when it was parked and the carb was stolen off of it. when i discovered it was gone, i stuffed the holes with rags. i don't remember it ever having a front driveshaft. the tires may be dry rotted; they leak through the sidewalls. i was always planning on putting tubes in them and just using it for trails. i do have and can put some 37's on it.

how are the 37's? is the transfer case a slip yoke or a fixed yoke? and could you snap some pics of the motor? also what size are the wheels?

the 37's are in good shape, they are the ex-hummer tires from the military.
t-case is a fixed yoke 203
i can get pics of the motor
wheels are 16.5's
