CK5 - The Full-Size GM Off Road Community

I want a nice paint job but I also want to do it myself. I have no experience painting besides rattle cans. I have been welding in quite a few patch panels and i will need to do the rest of the body work and paint soon. Should I leave this one to the pros or should I tackle it myself? I know it would be a ton of work but i have the time and the motivation. I really want to make sure the paint looks good though. How tough is it to do it yourself?

Painting is not hard any fool can do it. The problem is having the right tools and work space. The Rattle cans will never work. I believe this months car craft magazine wrote an entire article on tools and painting methodology. For a mere five dollars, its a pretty good buy. Good Luck
