CK5 - The Full-Size GM Off Road Community

Is there anyone out there that could tell me how I would go about rolling aluminum diamond plate enough to make rocker panel covers? I am about to head out to Hawaii for 6 years, and want to cover the rockers BEFORE I go.....
What thickness would be best, and what is the thinnest DP made?

Off Road Designs sells diamond tread beltline kits for the '69-'72 K/5s under the name of "Tuff-Hide". Maybe one of these plus some extension DP plating sections might work in your application?
