anybody have a good trick for this i have done it before but what worked last time doesnt seem to this time thanks dave
patience and persistance works for me/forums/images/icons/smile.gif along with a BFH, WD40, vicegrips, hacksaw, long punch.

i tried all of the above today except the hacksaw but i went through 4 sawzall blades to remove one front spring but il be ready to start fresh tomorrow thanks

torch or grind the bolts off. Then cut out the bushings and get newones from the spring shop.
I know but you will apprecieate it in the long run. Same deal with most u-bolts...

i just beat the hell out of mine with a hammer and a punch.still took a while though.also 2 or 3 days before i went to do the work,i start spaying it down with wd 40 every couple of hours.

PBlaster and Liquid Wench work better as a penetrating oil than WD40. Just my experience.
Aero-Krol is an awesome penetrating oil. An air hammer with a round bit is less work than a hammer and punch. Lenox are the best saw-z-all blades, expensive but worth it.
