Hello Guys! I have been laying back, gathering information for quite some time. Seems like we have a bunch of Texas K-5'ers around here! Anyway, I've lurked long enough. I am in the process of making my new toy road & dirt ready. She is a 1972 Blazer CST. HUGGER ORANGE. Factory air, PS/PB, 160K original one owner. New Mexico truck. I bought her BONE STOCK about 1 month ago. I installed 4" Tuff Country front & rear springs along with 33X12.50 BFG TA's on American Racing 15X10 Chrome Helix wheels (directional rally look), Well, all went well, until my rear driveshaft was too short! Then the front shaft was not clearing the exhaust, as well as being too short! Did I mention my parking brake cable being too short as well? Oh yeah, my brake lines are too short too! Man, I should have gone with a 2" lift! DAMN! On the positve side, this truck is BIG! It really looks nice now.
