In Knoxville Iowa. Its $50 for the whole weekend and I think $10 for each passenger. There are showers available, a band saturday night and a hog roast. Its on roughly 300 acres and has the only rock garden in the state of Iowa /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif . This is considered one of the best events of the year. Let me know if anyone is interested. I will have mine done and plan on rippin' up some trails!

Not too bad... same or closer than Attica. As long as it doesn't conflict with the "Midewst K5 Summer Thing" - I think I can make that! Let me put that on the "maybe" calander.

It is Labor Day Weekend. Let me know if you are coming, you will pass right by on the way. Plus, I know a short cut now. When I went down there in April, I made the mistake of going across the bridge over Red Rock when it was windy as he!!. The Burb didn't like that too well. /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif Can't say that I did either.

Okay Okay, I guess I will have to go to this one. Didn't realise Knoxville was so close to Kirksville, MO. My parents live there. Anyway, that should give me incentive to get the dual case installed and many other mods. Where do I sign up? Any more info on the run? Who do we contact?
Checked out that site and didnt see any run info.

Hehehehe... guess I should look at the right month huh? I was looking at July, not August! Ooops! /forums/images/icons/blush.gif Anywho, count me in as long as the summer run doesn't conflict! /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
Rodzilla - Let me know when and where I can meet you. We'll do that for sure! Hope I can get my shims installed before then! /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif I have a "little" vibe around 55mph right now... need a little pinion down motion in the rear!

You have to consider who was hosting the party! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif Howie is a cool dude for a Bronco owner. But, I remember when he owned a full top Blazer. So, I guess he can't be all bad.

Anyone wanting to go should think about getting there friday evening to get a good camping spot (if you want to camp) as long as there are 3 rigs we could go wheeling fridaynight too... Also I am checking to see if there is a cheaper rate for registering early.

Pam and I will probably drive up Saturday morning. I may try to get a Hotel or something - although, it would be a blast to camp! I will keep you posted. Hey Brent, did you find any more information on this event?

Got this from Howie:
Hey Rod ,
The labor day run will cost $45 per rig and there will be a Hog roast as well as live music from the world famous "Buffalo Joe" . All non-club vehicles will be checked for safety items and camping is required (just kidding) but camping is encouraged . There will be tow rig and trailer parking on a separate area so the campground will be restricted to trail rigs and sleeping quarters only . There will probably be at least 100 trail rigs there so a good time is in order .
So Hopefully the Boss will let me have Friday off so we can go early and get some good spots. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

[/ QUOTE ]SERIOUSLY??? Wow... that's gonna be a bit crowded! Will there be enuf room for everyone, or 100 rigs on that property like going to the local drag strip on the grudge race night? *meaning* Won't that place be PACKED???
Just wondering... not shying away at all! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Looks like I am probably out, too. Family coming in from out of town. Let me know if anyone is coming by this way. I could still break free to meet up with someone, and give directions if needed.
