How do check the chain in a 203? Does it have an inspection plate or what ? How much wear is to much ? How hard is it to replace the chain ? Do you have to pull the case to do it ? Thanks

I don't know much about the 203, but I'd immagine if you put it into 4 locked, and hten grabbged both outputs, you could get an estimate of chainslop by holding 1 still, and trying to move the other one.
someone with more experience may want to chime in right about now... ( or a haynes/chiltons might have the information, including tolerances, and inspection plates)

Mile Marker makes an ajuster kit for the 203 that allows you to tighten it with out pulling the transfer case. I put two in, they are great.
