CK5 - The Full-Size GM Off Road Community

hey question, where yall mount ur cb's? i put mine inbetween the seat and the console. the only thing is i needed a external speaker cause it muffs the sound but thats ok cause this way requires no drilling.
what yall think?

I mounted mine on the console right in front of the cup holders. I can hear the speaker just fine

I had mine mounted like Blazer guys, then i took ouot my console and now I have it mounted under the ashtray, under the dash.
When I get a full cage, I will mount it up on the cage to keep it high and dry.

I mounted mine right below the stock stereo location. there were some factory drilled holes on my 88k5.

mine's mounted just like BlazerGuy's and on a removable bracket so i can slide the radio off and hide it in the console or under the seat. soon i'll have a Tuffy though....

Mounted mine under the ashtray. I dont smoke so I thought it would be good there. The only problem is, the 4X shifter gets in the way. and if you are airborne then it will bang the mess out of it.

I mounted mine at the exact same spot as BlazerGuy except its a Tuffy console.
