well... the /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif wont be outta the garage by the 8th, the wife and I are having our X-Mas on the 14th - 16th (that way we can spend all the $$ on family and friends on X-mas and not go broke tryin to do it all at once) Going go Seattle on the 22nd... I am going to be doing a pig roast soon

1/2 way point for the Wa folks and Or ones.
It would be a 2 day affair though.
One day to cook the lil guy and another to eat him.
All I have to do is get him and stick him out back fer a couple of weeks and feed him real well LOL

This is something that is gonna happen, if ya'll want to do a get together here lets set a date and get a head count so I know if I need to get more than one pig. A 100 pound pig is about $100
dressed out about 60 lbs of hot BBQed meat.
Senets market has potato salad and such by the 5 gallon pail and I might be able to get a good deal on kegs of beer. I do not plan on paying for all of this either, although I am single again I am by no means well off LOL
But I will get the pig and we can just do a potluck sorta thing
I have plenty of room and still have a few kids things around but ya might want to bring toys and such if ya got lil ones to keep em occupied.
There is also the river across the street for those who get bored with drinking beer and such. I am going to set up a shoe pit here real soon too.

Now we're talking, You and I have been talking about this for a couple days now. Must be all the late night hunger pains, /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I say go for it, I'm more then happy to chip in for anything. But as you know my votes for a wednesday thursday thing for those are my days off.


Also if this does go through I can get some Kegs, and if he can't set me up with a keg or two it will be plenty of cases.

heh me and cassidy partied at rons two weeks ago, he has a big ass back yard with a swing set, (ron couldnt get the hang of sitting on the swings though) and a nice little fire pit, with pallets just down the road........ Ron when i woke up the next morning, i was still so drunk i could barely stand lol............
