I hope 1/2 as good as mine.
I got it running and drove it about a mile. The tranny shifts soooooo nice with the Cheeta manual valve body, firm but not whiplash firm. The rear detroit unloads smooth with no jerking. I was afraid to get on it too hard until I get it all put back together and the front shocks on.
Any way, all I have left are the little things and major clean up in the driveway. How is everyone else getting along?? /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif

Not quite as good as yours. Got down to the storage unit to pull the CC up to the shop and the Battery is dead from sitting all winter. Did manage to pull the driver's side doors off. Getting ready to pattern tube doors. Speaking of tube...Got the bender assembled. Just need to make a stand, or figure out how to secure the welding cart. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif You will be the first to know when it is capable of making bends. Messed around w/my spare Hummer rim to see how easy they are to disassemble. Just little stuff, but it was probably the most time I had been able to spend @ the shop in a LONG time. Let me know when you are ready for a road trip. Or, I'll give you a shout the next time I am in the Big City.

Here are some pics when it was on the street. We took another 2-3 mile trip and it ran great. I do need front shocks though!

Sorry, I meant the conversion van. Not the blazer. I am hoping to use the van as my tow rig /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

A couple of friends used to belong to IA Trailblazers before their breakup. Have to see if Allison has to work.
Might have the mounting of the bender figured out. More details to follow. It helps having a little brother that works as a weldor for the utility company. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
