looking at pre '91 suburbans. One has a 350 the other a 6.5 turbo diesel. Which one would be better all around?

Personally I have always liked the 6.5, better then the 6.2 in my book anyway.

If I had a choice right now I'd get a diesel, I like what can be done to them with the right parts from Banks.

Pre-91 Burbs don't have the 6.5, only the 6.2 IIRC.

I love the idea of a turbo diesel in my 91 Burb..........

No body said it was stock.
I know somone that put a 6.5TD in an earlier sub when his 6.2 blew.
So maybe this guy did too.

I would go with diesel no matter what diesel it has. But that's just me.
