Check out TNT's website (http://www.tnt4wd.org/index.htm)
I'm going to make their Feb. 1 meeting. Greenville isn't exactly close to you, but you're only like like 45 min down I-26/I-385 from here, so not too bad.
Their club is open to all vehicle types, but up here, it's mostly a Heep thing. They seem like a good club, and have access to their own private trails here in the upstate. I am hoping to make a trip to Windrock, in TN this year. They supposedly have some good trails, not quite as extreme as Tellico.
TNT ride at an area up here called "Horse Pasture". It is in the Jocasse Gorge area. I'm hoping to learn more about the 4x4 trail areas around here at their meeting, and maybe join up too.
Been seeing alot of built K5's and pickups up here lately. I wonder if the NC/SC area is about ready for a "Carolina K5" club? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I checked out the TNT site. Seems like a good club. I saw on there that they were trying to get the State to open up trails for ORVs. I don't know if this will help but they open up the state roads and land here (McBee) once a year for some dirt ralley car races. They race all night and day on the dirt state roads (closed to the public) /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif behind my house. Don't know how they got permission, but they let them do it.

I'm in Charleston.
We wheel over in James Island behind the Wal-mart. We
usually meet up on Sunday's @ noon time.
I live over in the Park Circle area in North Chas.
We need to get Eric (Orange Crush), You and I together and shoot the breeze one day and even go wheel'n somewhere.
Eric and I have meet up and talk abunch. And, now we have another CK5 member.
Do you have a CK5 banner on your truck?
Matter of fact...we can meet up during the week even and go over to Ashley Phos.. I know a few places over there. Pretty good hills and ledges (for Charleston) to play on.
PM me.

Just following up from my post earlier about the TNT club. I made their meeting, and was invited to a ride/work day last Sunday (2/22), There was a big turnout, with every thing from Sammi's to all sorts of jeeps, an IFS chevy longbed, and my K5.
They are a great bunch of people, and have some really good riding areas that are available to club members only. The area we went to last Sunday had varied terrain, from clay gullies and hill climbs to sand washes and a deep mud hole.
We spent part of the day riding, and about 4 hours cutting new trails, and clearing old ones for future use. You have to be a member to ride the area (Private land), but membership is a small price to pay to have a place to ride, and good people to go with. I plan to join at the next meeting, which is March 7th.
If anybody is close to Greenville, and wants to meet some great family oriented folks to wheel with, I highly recomend coming to the meeting, and signing up to participate or join.
