I'm looking to get a little more traction for my daily driver. I installed an Eaton in my rear 14 bolt that I put in over the summer, but I want to lock the front. I think I will have to go with a selectable one up front so I can still turn when in 4WD in the snow. I'm not sure if I should go with an electric, air, or anything else? I have a 10 bolt eaton fron my old 1/2 ton rear that I can install up front, but will that cause too much binding on turns?

The Aussie locker doesn't address one of his main concerns:

For now that leaves the ARB, or one of the new electric lockers. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I dont think the Aussie locker is made for 12 bolts or 14 bolts. Only for the d44. Correct me if I am wrong.

No, they make them for the 10 bolt, 12 bolt, 14 bolt (both SF and FF), etc... if you check this link it gives the entire list of all products they make them for...

Has anyone here used an electric locker?
