First load the image to your hard-drive.
Then, go to "member's rides" and click on the appropriate place to put them.
Load any images off of your computer into your album.
Then, you can either link the url to your album or embed the picture right in the body of the post. To do the latter, right click on the picture you want (have it be the picture of the size you want), go to "properties," copy the url which ends in ".jpg" and past that url into the "image" tag - which is one of the options next to "quote," "bold," etc, when you make a post.
