CK5 - The Full-Size GM Off Road Community

I have borrowed this trailer from a friend of mine a couple of times but found out he is thinking of selling it for $1500:

Other than needing a couple tires and the fenders needing work it is in great shape. It is currently located in Benton City, WA but would be easy for me to bring out to ID, MT, ND, SD, MN, WI, IA, NE, WY, UT etc on my trip in a couple weeks...

I don't know if I am mistaken but isn't it a 7k trailer?
With the cost of the new tires you will be at the price of a new one.
I was going to do the same but I just went shopping for new and the 7k is 1700-2000, and the 10k is 2800-3000.
I am getting the 20' 10k.
