Ok there is a Uwharrie run April 17&18, there will be a post about it when it gets closer. I will not be able to make it cuz I am moving and I wont have my K5 ready in time. If this is to short of notice about the trip dont worrie. There will be alot more this spring and summer. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Also lets figure out when and where we could all meet and see each other face to face for the first time. I am hoping for a Uwharrie trip this summer that we all can make. So if you would like lets figure out a weekend this summer.

I think we may have finally got my membership straightened out. The gods of CK5 have once again smiled upon me. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif As far as the april run I may not be able to make it and if i did i would be riding a honda. My spare time and money is pretty much being consumed by a garage that I am having built.and no I still havnt fixed orangecrush hell as far as that goes I havnt even washed it since uwharrie last Oct. as the PRESIDENT of the club you have to be there, i still have to get my t case to ingage both axles before i go up there, a trailer would be nice too /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

Count me in...Finally took the S-30 on its Maiden voyage last weekend (local easy stuff), and it preformed great. The URE trip that weekend is bad for me. Anytime from now till the 1st of april, and the 20th of April till the Mid of may Im good. Back to Afghanistan 15 May....

When is this thing going to get started up and going? Haven't heard nothing about it for a while now.

Umm I guess its up to us James lets setup an official meeting of club members but not next weekend at Uwarrie but sometime soon. Hows this sound to all???

Anyone have a preference for a meeting place. I would say a central location for all to come to and rotate the meeting spots, so every one can get a chance to come out and visit. Start off small and work our way up. That is how we got SOCAl Big Dawgs going. Lets see who all is interested.

I have gotten emails through the site (http://www.carolinak5.com) of people that are interested in the club. We just need to have a meeting to get the ball rolling.

I don't have a free weekend until the end of May. After that is good with me until late July.

Looks good so far, who is doing the web hosting for it. I have about 15 data guys just sitting around doing nothing all day. I bet I could give them a general idea of what we want and get that thing looking good. ANyone have any ideas as to a logo sticker to go along with it. The carolina's is okay, but I am talking like a badass one. I am sure if we come up with something we can find a screen printer or graphic artist to digitize it and get us some stickers made to show off.

I am paying for the webhosting from my own pocket. I share the space with 2 other domains that I own. webhost4life is my provider. I own the domain, but if you want someone else to host the site or even design it, just let me know. I am open to anything.
