Did they ever make the s10 I want?

I'm looking for some general info on s10s. I'm looking to finally get into a solid, financed daily driver that isnt old and beat up that I can call my own for a while.

I'm mostly interested in a 4 door colorado but I think its gonna wind up being an s10.

I'd really like a 4.3/5 speed stick/4wd but Im not sure if they ever made crew cabs 5 speed. Anyone know so I dont go on a wild goose chase?

AFAIK crew cab S10's only came in auto. In facty, I'm sure it's pretty hard to find a V6 with a 5 speed.

I've seen a few V6 5 speeds, but only looked at extended and regular cabs myself.

well if you keep your truck then i would consider the s10, but if you sell your truck then go with the Colorado. if thats what you really want then you will regret not getting it most likely

my friend Tim had a 90 s-10 BAJA offroad.it was an extended cab beast!!that little basatage went through everything.one time we all followed my younger brother through some trails he liked. it was the greasiest clay i have ever seen.it quickly added 1000 lbs to the jimmy. he was leading the deal, but stopped! i could feel my truck sinking.i got on the CB"MOVE MOTHER FUKER". he says "i'm over heating", me "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY". so he is done,i am stuck behind him and the best part was my friend Mike pulling up next to me to see what was wrong.in a bone stock 95 sub?? now three of us are stuck.and it got worse as they stacked up.so we walk to get help . go get the loader we think, Tim wants to try his S-10.that thing got everyone out!!i know your looking for a newer ride, but i just had to say the offroad is baddass!

I know they made 2wd v6 5 speeds, but not sure about the 4wd's. But really, finding any 90's or newer truck, that isnt' a stripped work model, with a manual is going to be really hard.
