K30 Frame dimensions

Does anyone on here work in a frame shop? I would like to find the complete frame dimensions (ideally on a scale drawing) for an 85 K30. These are available in the reference books used for frame alignment. If anyone can scan in the top, front, and side view (high res.) for me I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Cool! I would like to see a diagram or pic of the specs if you can download them.

Re: K30 Frame dimensions

Thanks much for the info.

It's been many years since I looked at one of these but I think there should also be an index somewhere that converts exact truck model info into the models listed in the graph. For instance, you would look up the truck info (1985 Chevrolet K30, Long bed, standard cab,...) and map that to the chart model numbers used to combine similar dimensions. I would expect it to be something like KA30? but there is no model number in that form. I suppose I could just go experiment and measure till I isolate the correct row...

Re: K30 Frame dimensions

you guys should keep looking. this is from a 1976 manual. chucks page has the newer models but niether is a scaled drawing although if you are an autocad wiz you can scale it some. you want super hi rez of that or no?

Re: K30 Frame dimensions

Thanks for the offer. I need the 85 frame info, I don't know if they are the same. A scale drawing would definitely help although I could probably work it out in a CAD program or manual drafting (I did that in a previous life too) but I would have to take allot of measurements off of the locator holes to do it.

Thanks for the help guys...
