Talking Chevy Truck, K5 and Suburban Snorkel Kits

This snorkel will fit 73-87 Trucks, K5's and Suburbans as well as the 88-91 K5's and Suburbans. It will fit both carb'ed and TBI engines.

-Snorkel Kit with Head and grille, template and instructions
-Spun aluminum TBI or Carb cone with 1.5" rise
-Hand-laid fiberglass airbox with single 4" inlet
-Spun Aluminum airbox lid with hardware kit
-2' of 4" neoprene snorkel hose
-4" to 3" reducer

NOTE: I no longer own Trailtoyz.com or sell these snorkel kits. I never visit this board, either. I'd be happy to answer questions via email about installing a snorkel on your K5 or Burb but you'll have to put together your own kit. In a nutshell:

-ARB Snorkel for an FJ80 Toyota Landcruiser
-Goto www.Ramairbox.com, order the fiberglass single inlet airbox for your motor as well as the spun aluminum top and a length of neoprene hose to fit.
-Use the template that comes with the snorkel to mount it to the PS fender.
-Use a heatgun to heat the plastic at the elbow of the snorkel and slowly clamp it snug to the windshield pillar with a large ratcheting clamp from Lowes or someplace.
-You'll use the little angle bracket for the snorkel arm and a couple self tapping screws to secure the snorkel to the windshield pillar. You'll have to grind down the corner of the bracket a bit to make it fit right.
-Route everything, seal it up and look at your cool snorkel!

I might be interested in purchasing just the custom airbox (I have my own ideas for the snorkel). Could I get some pictures of just the airbox assembly?
