It finally warmed up enough to take the top off so I can get some decent pictures. It's a little dusty from the quick trip to Moab on Saturday.

Very nice! The paint really looks great in the photos and that cage is something else!

That is very sweet. Mine is the same color as yours.

I probably missed this somewhere, but how do you drive it with no clutch pedal?

I really like how you tied the dash into the cage too.

Time for a new project

Decided to ditch the big block for now and instead go with a 6.0l out of a '05 2500HD.
The motor will be pretty much stock, I only changed the cam and valve springs. With headers this motor should make close to 400 horse, but that just isn't good enough so.....

Boost is always better!!!!! I dug out the Whipple I bought a couple of years ago to put on the 454 that was going to go in. I spent a few hours with some aluminum plate and the tig and came up with the mounting bracket.

I made up some motor mount plates for the block. These are pretty simple to build because the insulator will be in the crossmember similar to what DIY sells. Add a couple of speed holes for fun and good looks, a little welding and grind and presto whammo.
