All you Northern CA/Southern OR folks

Just wondering how many of you are from this area, specifically anywhere around Six Rivers NF or Redwood NP, Crescent City, or Brookings. I'm working in Gasquet, CA on the Smith River working for the forest service until November and been wheeling a little but was thinking of maybe heading into Oregon for some dune action when I get some time off.

Anyways just seeing if any other CK5ers are up this way.

be careful on the dunes. Just returned from there with the quads for the first time. There are some real sharp and unforeseable drop offs. In some places the sand can get really soft. We were arround florence, but there was camp area on the south side of thos dunes that had a sand but very doable road all the way to the beach.

sorry for the delay...

colby: ashland huh? I was thinking about heading up there this weekend if I'm feeling inclined to do something. I hear its a cool place.

gmcjimmy: thanks for the advice. I've spent lots of time on the oceano dunes and know the troubles of running into those still thinking I might check the dunes out though despite not having a front driveshaft at the moment :/
