hey guys. i am oof to the range today, and decided to bring the rifle my dad left me. its the model in the topic subject. just wondering what ammo i can use. i have 22 CB LONG. is that ok?

thanks in advance. i was also wondering what year about this rifle this.

looks like its a marlin 81 relabel per http://members.tripod.com/pfbtparts/PFBT.html and http://www.e-gunparts.com/productsch...rModel=082Zz81 thus it is a .22

might want to look at either of those sites and contact them to see if they can help you date your firearm.
