Ritch Mountain GA (local landuse)

If you don't know Ritch Mt road is closed and it doesn't look like it will be reopened as a 4WD trail. If you read the EAS http://www.fs.fed.us/conf/sopa/toccoa/rich-mtn-ea.pdf on page 31 they mention that the option of making it a high chalenge road is thrown out. There is some posibility it may remain a dirt road under some of the other options. Take the time to read the EAS if you are concerened, I'm about 1/2 way through it (over 130 pages).
